How does the meet & beat price work?
The Meet & Beat price works exactly like this: If you see an EXACT item in any other store for a lower price, we will do our best to meet & beat that price. Send an email to us with the ad of that price to cservice@galaxymills.meridian1.net, and we will do our best to meet and beat that price.

How do I handle a defective product return or replacement?
To handle any type of return or customer service issue, please contact

How do I cancel an order?
You can send an e-mail for a cancellation request to cservice@galaxymills.meridian1.net. Please include order number, & any information to help us to determine what order to cancel. 

Please note that sending a cancellation request will not guarantee that the order will be cancelled. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

Some important details about shipping
Galaxymills Superstore is not able to ship any orders internationally with the exception of Canada or a military base with an APO or FPO address. Orders shipped to a military base with an APO or FPO address will ship priority mail. 

Note: We cannot ship to Canada via USPS or Priority mail.

Where am I able to ship my order to?
Galaxymills superstore currently markets to the continental USA and Canada. Products that ship from the US to Canadian addresses are subject to brokerage and duty fees and will be C.O.D. 

NOTE: Galaxymills Superstore is not shipping Internationaly at this time.

Who do you use to ship?
We utilize UPS for most deliveries, and will on occassion utilize FedEx, United States Postal Service, or DHL depending on the circumstances.

Can I ship C.O.D. or to a P.O. Box?
We do not ship COD and cannot mail to P.O. Boxes. A physical street address will be required for delivery.

How long does it take for you to ship my order?
Although every effort is made to process and ship your order within 7-10 business days, dependant on stock availability. If an out of stock or back-order situation arises, we advise the customer as soon as possible, via email.

What is your refund policy?
30 days from time of purchase, after 30 days the manufacture warranty takes place. Merchandise credit is only available.

Flat Panel & Projection TV are not eligible for return to GMS.

RMA REQUIRED (RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION)RMA numbers are good for 30 days. As soon as the product is received in good condition, you can expect a mechandise credit. .
